- No griefing or stealing inside towns. Outside of towns, unclaimed land is not a free-for-all either.
- Keep a distance when founding a town; don't claim right up against another town without their permission.
- No claim blocking. Don't claim land just to block another town's growth or paths.
- Town and nation names, and their bank and tax rules, must be fair and follow the General rules. Mayors may not scam their residents.
- Leaving a town: mayors must give you a fair chance to collect your items.
